Have you tried your local library? Mine didn't have it on the shelves so they had it loaned to them from another library. You'll probably have to wait for it and deal with "circulation" but it's worth it. If you really want to buy it and it's not on Amizon or ebay the big bookstores like Borders will order it for you.
